Nymity’s team have processes to identify and produce authoritative and best-practices privacy documents from around the world, translate them when necessary, analyse and publish as a Reference. The References are published into the Reference Knowledgebase which is always up-to-date.

Nymity’s analytics software monitors the Reference Knowledgebase based on your preferences. Then, based on your preferences, you can understand the latest developments by viewing your What’s New Listing or your Compliance Alert.

The What’s New tool provides:

What’s New Listing With one click you can identify what’s new based on your preferences. This customizable listing provides the latest References that meets your needs, allowing you to simply click on the Reference Title to access Nymity’s analysis and the source document.

What’s New Compliance Alert Once a day the Alerts monitoring software checks the Reference Knowledgebase, builds your Compliance Alert based on your preferences and emails it to you. Your Compliance Alerts can be further customized to: Reduce the quantity by selecting a higher authority level of References (removes best-practices alerts) Select either daily or weekly Select PDA format to make it easier to view on your PDA Customize the order of the regions in your Compliance Alert, for example if you would like to see Latin America first. (for subscribers with multiple regions)
